Q1: Where is your store located and what's your operating hours?

A1: We are located at 1 Rochor Canal Rd, #05-65, Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504,  We are open from 10:30am to 8:30pm everyday.

 

Q2: Where is the nearest MRT Station?

A2: Rochor MRT, about 2 mins walk from exit A; Bugis MRT Station & Jalan Besar MRT, 10 mins walk.

 

Q3: What service are you providing?

A3: We sell new phone, preowned phone, phone accessories, and we also provide phone repairing service.

 

Sales/Payment/Pricing

Q1: Why are your prices much lower than the official retail price ? Are they original agent set ?

A1: We always strive to offer our customers the lowest possible prices, therefore we only earn marginal profit for all phones.All phones are original agent warranty set and official receipt will be issued upon purchase.

 

Q2: What currency are the prices listed in your website ?

A2: All prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

 

Q3: Are all the prices listed without contract?

A3: Yes, all prices listed are without contract or subscription.

 

Q4: What are the payment methods available?

A4: For in-store payment, we accept Cash, PayNow, Funds Transfer, Credit Card (3% transaction fee applies). For delivery, we accept PayNow, Funds Transfer, Credit Card (3% transaction fee applies). 

 

Q5: Do you have stocks for all products listed?

A5: Due to the fast-moving nature of the products, it is advisable to give us a call during our business hours for stocks enquiries.

 

Q6: Am I required to buy any additional accessories (screen protector, casing) to enjoy the prices offered in your website?

A6: Mobile City doesn’t adopt any sales tactics which forces the customers to buy accessories to avail the listed prices. NO accessories, NO registration fees, NO membership fees, NO processing fees. We are more than happy to sell our customers even without the purchase of any single mobile accessory

 

Delivery

Q1: Are there any delivery charges, how much?

A1: We offer 3 type of delivery, which is Express Delivery, Normal Delivery and Normal Postal Mail. The delivery charges are $10, $5 & $1.50 respectively.

 

Q2: Can we choose a delivery time frame?

A2: Only Express Delivery are able to choose delivery timing. Normal Delivery will take 1-3 business days for the item to be delivered and Normal Postal Mail will take 5-10 business days for the item to be delivered.

 

Warranty 

Q1: Do the products come with any warranty?

A1: Yes, all items come with the respective manufacturer's local warranty, except for 'Export Set' or 'Preowned Set' which come with shop warranty offered by Mobile City.

 

Q2: What does the warranty by Mobile City cover?

A2: Our warranty covers any hardware or software defect that may occur during the normal usage of the phone. It includes both parts and labour.

It doesn’t cover any defects due to accidental or water damage or mishandling.
