Xiaomi Mi Ionic Hair Dryer


The Xiaomi Mi Ionic Hairdryer features cutting-edge technology that dries and protects your hair at the same time. A built-in condensation needle condenses the moisture in the air and atomizes it into tiny negatively charged water ions, which are emitted from the nozzle. These ions keep the hair shafts closed and penetrate deep into the hair and scalp. They also reduce static electricity, which helps to prevent frizz and increases shine.

The water ions are generated in a separate compartment to insulate them against the heat from the motor and ensure that they are delivered to the deepest layers of your hair. High air volume with smart temperature control dries your hair rapidly while protecting it. The high-torque, high-velocity motor is made by the leading Japanese motor manufacturer Mabuchi Motor and features 6 wing-shaped blades. It generates an air flow of 1.6 m³ for a rapid drying effect. Each blade is subjected to a dynamic balance test to reduce the noise from the motor.

The hairdryer features a dual overheat protection mechanism. The power supply is automatically terminated when the temperature control unit detects that the temperature has exceeded a safe level. Meanwhile, a thermal fuse cuts power to the element in the event of excessive temperatures. A fully rotatable magnetic nozzle concentrates the flow of air for rapid drying and targeted styling. Dual-layer design significantly reduces the surface temperature to prevent burns.
