Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after item delivered, it found to be Dead on Arrival, and we are not able to do exchange. The item must be in unused condition with all the accessories and box in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mobilecitysimlim2@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing at Mobile City.
 
We offer one to one exchange for all items which is Dead on Arrival (DOA) upon purchase made on our website within 7 calandar days after you received the item. Faults identified after 7 calandar days should be brought to the respective manufacturers for warranty claim (where appliable).
 
We will only accept return and refund if we are unable to provide one to one exchange for the faulty set.
 
We highly recommend that our customers to test their phone upon receive. This includes making a call, sending an SMS, taking a photo and checking all buttons.
